By the time I reached out to them they were in my house working within a few days both times and finished within a day. We had an issue with Home Depot not cutting the right amount of carpet. They were patient with us and went back to pick up the rest of the carpet. Their prices are better than anyone else and they go above and beyond. They painted the entire house inside, walls trim ceilings and all. They put down new flooring even on the steps. They installed new front and back doors, frames and all. They painted the outside shutters gutters downspouts and overhang. They replaced my crawlspace door and painted it.They also pressure washed and stained and sealed my back deck. We hired Home Improve In & Out, LLC to install new floors into our lower level, after having pretty extensive water damage that required complete demo down to the foundation. They made the process very easy, and even chose the best option for material after I gave just the bare essentials of what I was looking for (color, treatment, etc.), and what she chose was absolutely FANTASTIC. Not only does it match well with the existing decor of the room, but it handles sounds and heating/cooling exceptionally well, way better than anticipated. It's unfortunate that they are unable to install radiant heating floor systems as well, as we originally wanted to install this along with a new floor, but we opted out of the radiant heating floor to move forward with Home Improve In and Out, and I'm not disappointed. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the work, and the courtesy that the team showed throughout the entire weeklong process. 10/10, would hire them again.
